Due to my vast academic experience of 42 years at Ranchi University wherein I spent 40 years in teaching and produced 22 Ph.D. holders and 6½ years in pure administration, I had more than enough exposure needed on what all it would take to achieve my dream of setting this school up. Hence, I slowly
Started to work on this front during my personal time even before I retired. So, I explored around Ranchi, and identified this village Bisa where in my efforts can really make a big difference.
Land of 3.5 acres for proposed school
A land of 3.5 acres has been already acquired and the boundary fencing work is complete. To get access to ground water, two deep bores have already been made within the campus, and this has for now made the campus self- sufficient in terms of its current water needs. In future, I do plan to apply for the "Pradhan-Mantri Jal Yojana" because the water needs are bound to grow during setting up of the school.
On the electricity front, the campus is now equipped with its own electricity connection. In the meantime, the electricity requirements are also bound to grow, so, a separate transformer is planned to be arranged for the school campus. As the construction work is in progress and to avoid electricity disruption a Generator of 30KV has been installed.
Even before the work of the actual school building started, it was a necessity to have a small but separate administrative building structure in place, so that some administrative tasks can start and enable efficient monitoring of the campus development. Hence it is my pleasure to mention that this administrative structure is now complete and is operational too.
